Ms. Rosa is an Enrolled Agent with the United States Treasury Department to practice before the IRS, governed by rules stipulated in United States Treasury Circular 230. In addition to the stringent testing and application process, the IRS requires Enrolled Agents to complete 72 hours of continuing education every 3 years to maintain their license.
